HOW IT STARTED

Faith, Integrity, Wellness, Community and Purpose

Rooted in faith, integrity and gratitude, the CastroStrong brand was officially founded in 2019. However, this movement began six years earlier in 2013 when, founder and co-owner, Erika began to focus her personal and professional efforts on holistic health and deeper connection with God and self. Since then, dozens of women experienced transformations as a result of one-on-one coaching with Erika, resulting in long-lasting mental, emotional, physical and spiritual transformations.

CastroStrong LLC evolved in many ways and now exists to support women in leadership who want to invest in their personal growth, but need guidance and resources to truly drive alignment and elevation. Erika provides time-saving strategies and personal development tools created to accomplish success in all areas of life, including life-changing transformation in your mindset and lifestyle.
