Her Renewed Strength Co. Statement of Faith

1. I believe the Bible to be the inspired, authoritative and unerring Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21)

2. I believe there is one God, eternally existent in three distinguishable, but indivisible persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14)

3. I believe in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in the book of Genesis. (Genesis 1-3)

4. I believe Jesus Christ came to the earth as both fully God and fully man; in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Luke 1:26-35, John 1:14-18,  Isaiah 7:14; 9:6, John 14:2)

5. I believe in salvation by grace, through repentance and faith. (Ephesians 2:8,9; Hebrews 9:12; Romans 5:11)

6. I believe in the need for water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Eternal Godhead to fulfill the command of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:34-36; 19:1-6)

7. I believe in the Spirit-filled life, a life of separation from the world and perfecting of holiness in the fear of God as expressing the true Christian faith. (Ephesians 5:18; 2 Corinthians 6:14; 7:1)
